Ingredients
Over medium-high heat, brown the beef wiht the onions and peppers. Hit it with a pinch of salt to help sweat the onions quicker. Drain and return to the skillet. Add the reminder of the ingredients (the Worcestershire sauce can be added as a couple of teaspoons to a couple of tablespoons, depending on your tastes). Bring to a boil, and then lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the macaroni is soft and ready to eat.
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup HOT water
