Another easy dish, and all you need to cook is a slow cooker. Here are the ingredients:
1 jar chili sauce
8 ounces grape jelly
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Meatballs (I buy a bad of pre-made Italian meatballs, but you can use turkey ones, or lamb, or even vegetarian. Or make 'em yourself, as long as they're no bigger than an inch or so in diameter).
Put the liquid ingredients into your slow cooker, and whisk 'em all together, and heat them through. Then dump in your meatballs. Stir to coat, and cook on the lowest settings for a few hours (until they're cooked through) (or until your guests are ready to eat). Stir them occasionally, to ensure even coating.
That's it. And they re-heat right in your slow cooker for days.
