This is a recipe for one, but it can be easily scaled to create as many portions as you need. Just remember that each portion needs its own bit of tin foil.
- 1 filet of light fish (such as tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- fresh chopped vegetables (green or red peppers, broccoli florets, whatever you like)
